About the President
Susana Alvarez-Diaz has over sixteen years experience in marketing and corporate communications including public relations, branding, internal communications, public affairs, and community and university relations. She launched her own firm in 2002 catering to businesses and non-profit organizations in the South Florida area and countries in Latin America.
Susana worked for Hewlett-Packard's Latin America Region launching marketing campaigns and promotions with sales distributors. As the Latin America Region Communications and Public Relations Manager, she then worked on the successful and historic IPO of HP's spin-off, Agilent Technologies, Inc., also serving as the media and PR consultant to the President and CEO during his VIP visits to the region.
In 2004, Congressman Lincoln Diaz-Balart tapped Susana to work with the press at the first Presidential debate and at the Vice President's Town Hall meeting in Miami. In addition, she served on the Town of Miami Lakes Cultural Affairs Committee as the Development Chairperson and Parliamentarian.
Susana speaks on the topic of public relations and marketing to corporations, governmental and public organizations such as the TSA, HUD and NAPMW. She is also an adjunct professor at Miami Dade College teaching marketing and management.
Susana graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Finance and Marketing and dual Master of Business Administration degrees in Marketing and Management.
About the Vice President
Frank Diaz has sixteen years experience serving clients, the last eight years spent in the banking and mortgage industries. He has worked with companies such as Merrill Lynch, Citibank, NationsBank and Union Planters Bank, the predecessor to Regions Bank.
Frank serves as Chairman of the Beautification Committee for the Town of Miami Lakes and is on the Board of Trustees for the Miami Lakes Congregational Church. He was recently asked to serve as Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee for the Multi-lingual Taskforce of the Miami Dade County Public School Board by his local school board representative, Ms. Perla Tabares-Hantman.
